The selected candidates will be responsible for entering patient and medical service details into the billing system accurately and efficiently. This role offers an excellent opportunity to begin a career in the US healthcare and medical billing industry. Roles and Responsibilities
• Enter patient, provider, and medical service details accurately into the billing system.
• Review medical billing documents and ensure all required information is available before processing.
• Enter charges based on medical records, superbills, and other supporting documents.
• Verify patient demographics, dates of service, procedure codes, and other relevant billing information.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of charge entry before submitting claims for further processing.
• Identify missing information or discrepancies and report them to the concerned team leader.
• Maintain data accuracy and meet daily productivity and quality targets.
• Follow company procedures, client guidelines, and data confidentiality requirements.
• Coordinate with team members and supervisors to resolve billing-related queries.




• Learn and follow the standard operating procedures (SOPs) of the medical billing process. Basic Qualifications and Skills
• Any undergraduate or graduate degree from a recognized institution.
• Fluent communication skills in English – both written and oral.
• Good computer knowledge and basic MS Office skills.
• Good typing speed with a high level of accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and data entry skills.
• Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn medical billing processes and healthcare terminology.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and meet assigned deadlines.
• Good time management and organizational skills. Eligibility Criteria
