Company Description OneStepGreener is a tech-first climate action organization focused on waste management, recycling, afforestation, and climate awareness to address air pollution and waste management challenges. Operating in 14 cities across India, the organization diverts recyclable waste from households, offices, plants, warehouses and institutions using a electric vehicle waste collection fleet, Material Recovery Facilities, Drop-off Centres, and Recycling lines. OneStepGreener is actively building waste management infrastructure where majority of its waste-sorting workforce being women from underprivileged backgrounds. In addition to recycling, the organization has runs educational campaigns, digital tools, and hands-on workshops to promote sustainable behavior. The team is driven by a mission to create a zero-waste future and meaningful environmental impact. Role Description The Warehouse Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based initially in Gurugram. The role includes managing warehouse staff, coordinating inbound and outbound material flows, and ensuring safe, efficient handling and storage of recyclable waste and related materials. The Warehouse Operations Manager will monitor inventory levels, optimize layout and processes, and maintain accurate records to support operational planning and reporting.



This position will collaborate with logistics, procurement, and customer-facing teams to meet service levels, support sustainability goals, and uphold quality and safety standards. The role also involves implementing continuous improvement initiatives, training team members, and ensuring adherence to compliance and environmental guidelines. Qualifications Candidates should be a Graduate and possess strong Operations Management and Warehouse Management skills to oversee daily workflows, safety, and process optimization Candidates should possess Inventory Control skills, including stock tracking, reconciliation, and accuracy in documentation. Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and ensure timely, reliable service delivery.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or waste management operations is beneficial.
• Working knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), basic data analysis, and MS Office or similar tools is preferred.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work in a quick-paced, mission-driven environment.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in operations, logistics, business, or an equivalent field is an advantage.
