We’re Hiring: Creative Video Editor (3–4 Years Experience) BCC Media Network | Mumbai We’re looking for a creative video editor who thinks beyond editing. At BCC Media Network, we work with brands to build content IPs and create engaging digital content. We need someone who can go beyond cutting footage and adding effects — someone who brings their own creative ideas, identifies interesting stories within raw footage, and finds ways to make every clip more engaging, impactful, and shareable. What You’ll Do
- Edit long-form videos, interviews, podcasts, brand films, and short-form content for Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Bring creative inputs to every project, improving storytelling, hooks, pacing, and overall viewer engagement.
- Identify standout moments and turn ordinary footage into compelling, attention-grabbing content.
- Collaborate with the team to develop creative formats and build distinctive content IPs for brands.

- Experiment with editing styles, sound design, visual storytelling, and current formats to make content stand out. What We’re Looking For
- 3–4 years of professional video editing experience.
- Strong creative thinking, storytelling ability, and an eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent editing software.
- Understanding of short-form content, social media trends, and audience retention.
- Someone proactive who can independently suggest ideas and improve content rather than simply execute a brief. The ideal candidate doesn't just ask, “How do I edit this?” but “How can I make this better?” If you enjoy combining technical editing skills with creative thinking, we'd love to see your work. Apply with your resume and portfolio/showreel.
