Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Manager role based in Karimnagar. The Sales Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the sales team, including setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and supporting team members in achieving individual and team goals. The role involves managing the showroom floor, guiding customers through vehicle selection, pricing, and financing options, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. The Sales Manager is responsible for implementing sales strategies, tracking leads, preparing reports, and coordinating with management on promotions and inventory planning.



The position also includes training and mentoring sales staff, resolving escalated customer issues, and maintaining compliance with company policies and processes. Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience in sales management, preferably in the automotive or retail sector.
