Job Title : HRBP (Retail). Travel-Required Role: Must be willing to travel to multiple FirstCry stores across Delhi and nearby areas. Roles & Responsibilities
• Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle.
• Communicate organizational policies and processes and ensure compliance.
• Work effectively in a quick-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize multiple demands.
• Create hiring plans and drive the team to execute them.
• Manage contractual workforce and unions, particularly in high-volume environments.
• Maintain sound knowledge of labour laws, including Shop Act, CLRA, Factory Act, Professional Tax, and ESIC.
• Handle labour cases and employee grievances.
• Work with MS Office, Excel, HRIS systems, reports, and dashboards.
• Prepare MIS reports, analyze attrition trends, conduct exit interviews, and maintain dashboards as per business requirements.
• Handle HR documentation, interviews, exit interviews,



PIP discussions, and warning letters.
• Drive employee engagement activities across regions.
• Manage administrative requirements for FirstCry stores.
• Conduct regular store visits and provide orientation and training to store employees.
• Ensure discipline and decorum across stores.
• Maintain close coordination with Operations Managers for day-to-day activities. Additional Skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and self-initiative skills.
• Ability to prepare high-quality documents and reports. Education & Experience
• Graduate in HR or a related discipline.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in Retail Industry only.
