Role Description This is a full-time, on-site General Dentist role based in Hyderabad. The General Dentist will perform routine and advanced dental procedures, including examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, restorations, endodontic treatments, extractions, and preventive care. Daily responsibilities include consulting with patients, explaining treatment options, maintaining accurate clinical records, and ensuring adherence to infection control and sterilization protocols. The role involves collaborating with dental assistants and other clinical staff, providing post-treatment follow-up, and promoting oral health education. The General Dentist is expected to uphold high standards of clinical quality, patient safety, and professional conduct.



Qualifications
• Clinical dentistry skills, including diagnosis, treatment planning, restorative procedures, endodontics, extractions, and preventive care.
• Strong patient care capabilities, such as compassionate chairside manner, clear communication, and the ability to explain treatment options and oral hygiene practices.
• Proficiency in infection control, sterilization practices, and adherence to clinical safety standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based clinical environment, coordinating with dental assistants and administrative staff.
• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or equivalent recognized dental qualification; valid dental license/registration as per local regulations.
• Solid record-keeping and documentation skills, with attention to detail in clinical notes and patient histories.
• Willingness to stay updated with advances in dentistry through continuing education and professional development.
• Prior experience as a General Dentist in a clinical setting is preferred but not mandatory for highly motivated early-career professionals.
