About Pradrix Pradrix is building an AI-powered product to transform how manufacturers, suppliers, and distributors manage business operations, starting with the order-to-cash workflow. The Opportunity We are looking for a founding Product & Engineering teammate who wants to take ownership of building our product from the ground up. This is an opportunity to work directly with the founder, influence product and technical decisions, and help turn an early-stage idea into a product used by real businesses. What You Will Do
• Lead product engineering and contribute to technical architecture.
• Build AI-powered workflows, agentic systems, and intelligent product features.
• Develop full-stack applications, APIs, and backend infrastructure.
• Own integrations, databases, testing, deployment, and code quality.
• Translate customer problems into practical product features.
• Work closely with the founder on product strategy, experimentation, and execution. What We Are Looking For
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and hands-on building experience.
• Experience with or a strong interest in AI/ML, LLMs, agentic systems,



and full-stack development.
• Familiarity with technologies such as Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, APIs, databases, and up-to-date web frameworks.
• Ability to make technical decisions, debug problems, and ship working solutions.
• An ownership mindset, comfort with ambiguity, and willingness to learn quickly.
• A builder who cares about solving real customer problems, not just writing code. Early-stage startup experience or personal projects are valuable. We care about demonstrated ability and ownership more than titles. What You Can Expect

• An indicative founding-team equity opportunity of 0.5%–2.0%, depending on contribution, commitment, and the final agreement.

• This is an early-stage founding-team opportunity, not a conventional internship. Cash compensation is not fixed at this stage and must be discussed transparently before joining. Equity, vesting, responsibilities, and other terms will be documented in a formal agreement.
