Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Makrana. The role involves promoting PNB MetLife’s insurance products, generating leads, and converting prospects through consultative sales and relationship-building with individual and corporate customers. The specialist will conduct product presentations, participate in local marketing initiatives, support branch-level campaigns, and collaborate with bank partners and advisors to drive business growth. Daily responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, delivering high-quality customer service,



ensuring accurate documentation, and meeting assigned sales and performance targets. The role also includes providing basic product training and guidance to channel partners and supporting ongoing customer engagement and retention activities. Qualifications
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, explain insurance solutions clearly, and maintain long-term relationships.
• Proven Sales capabilities, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
• Experience in Sales Management and Training to support channel partners, advisors, or junior team members in driving business outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; relevant professional certifications in insurance or financial services are an advantage.
• Knowledge of life insurance products, local market dynamics, and regulatory requirements, preferably within the Indian insurance sector.
• Strong analytical and planning abilities, proficiency in basic computer applications, and readiness to work on-site in Makrana.
• Demonstrated integrity, customer-centric mindset, and ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative sales team.
