Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Google Ads Expert at CAREERBLOC, located in Gurugram. The Google Ads Expert will manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns for multiple clients, including search, display, video, and remarketing campaigns. Responsibilities include conducting keyword research, creating and testing ad copies, setting up and refining targeting, and managing budgets and bidding strategies to achieve performance goals. The role involves monitoring campaign performance in real time, analyzing data, generating reports, and recommending optimizations to improve ROI and conversion rates. The Google Ads Expert will collaborate with account managers, designers,



and other digital marketing specialists to align campaigns with overall marketing strategies and client objectives. Qualifications
• Solid expertise in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, with a minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads within a digital marketing agency environment.
• Proficiency in Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio) for tracking, measuring, and reporting campaign performance.
• Experience integrating Google Ads with Social Media Marketing strategies to create cohesive, multi-channel campaigns.
• Excellent Communication skills for client interactions, cross-functional collaboration, and clear reporting of insights and recommendations.
• Advanced knowledge of Google Ads platform features, including conversion tracking, audience targeting, A/B testing, and bid optimization.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable results in lead generation, e-commerce, or performance marketing campaigns.
• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram and manage multiple client accounts in a fast-paced agency setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics) are highly beneficial.
