About Synchrony Health

Synchrony Health is a physiotherapy and sports rehab provider with presence in Noida, Delhi, Gurgaon and Chandigarh. We are currently hiring a motivated Sales Executive for our Noida clinic.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle patient enquiries (calls, walk-ins and WhatsApp) and convert them into treatment plans

• Explain services and pricing clearly and follow up with leads

• Build partnerships with corporates, schools, colleges and local organisations

• Coordinate with therapists to ensure patients stay on track with their plans

• Maintain lead records and share regular progress reports

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in healthcare, wellness or fitness

• Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English (spoken and written)

• Confident, empathetic and target-driven

• Working knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets and basic CRM tools

• Based in or near Noida, with the ability to join at short notice

Job Details

• Location: Sector 40, Noida (on-site)

• Employment type: Full time, 6 days a week

• Compensation: Fixed salary plus performance-based incentives
