- Generate new business through field sales and customer acquisition.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Identify new market opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Conduct field visits to generate leads and develop business.
- Follow up with customers and provide timely support.
- Maintain daily sales reports and ensure target achievement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good customer relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Local market knowledge and willingness to work in the field.
- Ability to achieve sales targets.
