About the Company

Backed by a US parent company and already profitable in its home market, this product company is scaling its India hub and has partnered with Flexiple to hire a Strategy and Operations Manager for its growing local leadership team. You will be the operational backbone connecting three product lines that share India-based functions. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As Strategy and Operations Manager, you will own the planning, coordination, and reporting infrastructure that lets the India hub run as one coherent organisation rather than three disconnected product teams.

Key Responsibilities

Cross-Functional Coordination

- Act as the connective layer between product, engineering, and support leaders based in India
- Own the hub's operating cadence: weekly syncs, monthly reviews, and quarterly planning
- Drive resourcing and prioritisation conversations across the three product lines
- Represent the India hub in conversations with the US leadership team

Process & Insights

- Design and maintain the reporting that gives India and US leadership a shared view of hub performance




- Standardise processes across product lines that currently operate independently
- Track hub-wide headcount, budget, and vendor spend against plan

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 5 to 9 years in strategy, operations, or program management, ideally spanning multiple business units or product lines
- Comfort working across time zones with a US-based leadership team
- Strong stakeholder management and structured written and verbal communication skills
- Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in a multi-product or multi-business-unit organisation
- Familiarity with tools such as Asana, Notion, or Looker for cross-team reporting
- Prior experience setting up operations for a current India hub or GCC
