We are seeking a skilled US IT Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top IT talent for our clients in the United States. This role requires a solid understanding of the IT industry and effective communication skills to collaborate with hiring managers and candidates.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various IT positions in the US market.
- Manage the full recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms to identify and attract talent.
- Conduct reference checks and negotiate offers with candidates.
Skills and Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably for US clients.
- Robust understanding of various IT roles and technologies.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to engage candidates effectively.
