Job Description: HR Recruiter Position: HR Recruiter Location: Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad Experience: 3+ Years Industry: Banking / Financial Services (preferred, but not mandatory) Job Summary It is looking for an experienced and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordination skills, with the ability to close positions within defined timelines. Candidates from the banking or financial services industry are preferred, but applicants from other industries are also welcome. Key Responsibilities  Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.  Source candidates through Naukri.com, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.  Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.  Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.  Handle recruitment for multiple positions across assigned locations.  Maintain a solid candidate pipeline to meet manpower requirements.  Follow up with selected candidates regarding salary negotiations, offer letters, and joining formalities.  Track recruitment metrics,



maintain recruitment MIS, and prepare regular hiring reports.  Coordinate with business teams to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.  Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.  Achieve recruitment targets and meet defined hiring timelines. Required Skills  Strong talent sourcing and candidate screening skills.  Hands-on experience with Naukri.com and other recruitment portals.  Good communication and negotiation skills.  Knowledge of Boolean search techniques.  Strong coordination and follow-up skills.  Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.  Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment MIS.  Target-oriented approach with good time management skills. Eligibility Criteria  Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.  Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.  Banking or financial services recruitment experience is preferred but not mandatory.  Candidates should be comfortable managing hiring requirements for the assigned location.
