We are looking for a technically strong IT Infrastructure Lead with 5–8 years of experience in 24x7 infrastructure monitoring, NOC operations, and team leadership. The candidate should have hands-on experience with Windows/Linux servers, network devices, cloud infrastructure, and monitoring tools such as PRTG, SolarWinds, LogicMonitor, and Zabbix. The role involves leading L1 operations, ensuring SLA compliance, troubleshooting infrastructure alerts, improving monitoring efficiency, and mentoring team members.

Responsibilities:

- Lead L1 infrastructure monitoring operations, incident follow-ups, SLA tracking, escalations, and reporting.
- Manage and mentor a team monitoring Windows/Linux servers, network devices, and cloud infrastructure.
- Monitor CPU, memory, disk utilization, service availability, latency, packet loss, and device reachability.
- Perform initial troubleshooting and coordinate with L2/L3 teams for incident resolution.
- Administer monitoring tools, including PRTG, SolarWinds, LogicMonitor, and Zabbix.
- Handle device onboarding, threshold validation, dashboard monitoring, alert configuration, and monitoring gap resolution.
- Ensure timely ticket updates, incident escalation, and closure in accordance with SLA and ITIL processes.
- Support planned maintenance, alert suppression, post-change validation,



and monitoring restoration.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly infrastructure health and SLA reports.
- Maintain SOPs, runbooks, escalation matrices, and troubleshooting documentation.
- Identify recurring alerts and false positives to improve monitoring efficiency.
- Guide L1 engineers through technical knowledge sharing, troubleshooting, and incident management.

Required Skills:

- 5–8 years of experience in IT infrastructure monitoring, NOC, or infrastructure operations.
- Robust hands-on experience with PRTG, SolarWinds, LogicMonitor, and/or Zabbix.
- Basic troubleshooting knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, networking, and cloud infrastructure.
- Understanding of SNMP, WMI, ICMP, agent-based monitoring, service checks, and polling failures.
- Knowledge of incident management, SLA compliance, escalation management, and ITIL processes.
- Experience in team coordination, workload management, and mentoring L1 engineers.
- Basic AWS or Azure monitoring knowledge.
- Familiarity with PowerShell or Linux commands for troubleshooting.
- Good communication, reporting, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
