Job Summary

Manage procurement operations, vendor relationships, supplier negotiations, and cost optimization. Ensure the timely procurement of materials, equipment, and services while maintaining quality standards, regulatory compliance, and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement procurement policies and strategies, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure the timely procurement of materials and services.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors; negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms; maintain supplier relationships; and conduct supplier audits and performance reviews.
- Monitor stock levels with the warehouse team, analyze purchasing trends, optimize order quantities, and implement cost-reduction initiatives while maintaining quality.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and applicable regulations. Maintain accurate purchase orders, invoices, contracts, and related documentation,



and coordinate with finance on budgets and cost approvals.
- Coordinate with production, sales, warehouse, and finance teams to align procurement with business requirements and support internal stakeholders.

Required Skills and Competencies
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Expertise in procurement planning and vendor management.
- Experience in contract negotiation and supplier evaluation.
- Understanding of supply chain and inventory management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.

Candidate Profile

Requires 12–15 years of relevant procurement and supply chain management experience and a relevant bachelor's or master's degree. Candidates should be able to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders and have solid experience in supplier negotiations, procurement operations, and cost optimization.
