About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in recruitment, employee coordination, HR operations, and talent management. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong interest in building a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Source candidates, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Interview Coordination: Communicate with candidates, manage interview schedules, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- HR Operations: Assist with maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and managing documentation.
- Employee Engagement: Support employee engagement initiatives, onboarding activities, and internal communication.
- Performance Tracking: Help maintain performance-related records and prepare basic HR reports.
- Compensation & Coordination:



Assist with salary-related documentation and employee coordination under the guidance of the HR team.
- Reporting & Data Management: Use MS Excel and other tools to maintain recruitment trackers, employee data, and HR reports.
- Communication: Coordinate effectively with candidates, employees, and internal stakeholders.

Skills & Requirements

- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Valuable organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Prior HR or recruitment internship experience is a plus, but freshers are welcome.
