JUNIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER

Work Location: 202, Balewadi 37, Balewadi, Pune 411045 ROLE OVERVIEW :
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Interior Designer to support design development,
visualisation, working drawings, material research, and project coordination for interior projects. The role involves
working closely with clients, vendors, consultants, and site teams to bring design concepts to life. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop design concepts, mood boards, material palettes, and client presentations.
• Prepare AutoCAD drawings, working drawings, layouts, and design documentation.
• Create visualisations and polished design presentations.
• Research materials, furniture, lighting, finishes, and design references.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, consultants, and internal/site teams.
• Attend site visits and follow up on drawings, samples, execution, and site requirements.
• Ensure on-site work follows approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
• Monitor site progress, coordinate material deliveries, and track project schedules.




• Identify and resolve execution issues in coordination with contractors and vendors.
• Maintain project trackers, schedules, action points, and regular progress reports. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
• 1.5–2 years of experience in interior design, interior projects, or a related field.
• Background in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or Interior Construction preferred.
• Good command of AutoCAD and presentation tools.
• Understanding of working drawings and site execution.
• Solid design sensibility, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive attitude and ability to take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
• Ability to speak English, Hindi, and/or Marathi. KEY SKILLS
