• Azure Firewall, VPN Gateway, Load Balancer, Application Gateway & Front Door
• ExpressRoute & IPsec VPN troubleshooting
• TCP/IP, DNS, NAT, TLS, routing & packet capture
• Network Watcher, Azure Monitor & Wireshark




• Terraform/Bicep and PowerShell/Python
• Hybrid and cloud connectivity troubleshooting
• Exposure to Azure Communication Services (ACS) and cloud contact-center connectivity ? Preferred Certifications: AZ-700, AZ-104, CCNA or Terraform Associate ?
