Role Description The Creative Director is a full-time, on-site role based in Udaipur. This role is responsible for leading the overall creative vision and direction for Orgaheal's brand and marketing initiatives across digital and print channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing creative strategies, supervising design and art direction, and ensuring consistent brand identity across campaigns, packaging, and communication materials. The Creative Director will collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and research teams to translate complex concepts into engaging visual narratives that reflect IIO’s values. The role also involves managing creative workflows,



mentoring creative team members, and overseeing external agencies or freelancers as needed. Qualifications
• Strong expertise in Creative Direction and Creative Strategy to lead brand narratives and campaign concepts.
• Proficiency in Branding and Art Direction to maintain a cohesive visual identity across all touchpoints.
• Hands-on skills in Graphic Design using industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent).
• Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary creative teams and managing end-to-end projects.
• Prior experience in wellness, nutrition, FMCG, or related sectors is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Udaipur and collaborate effectively in a cross-functional environment. Must have:
