The company supplies a wide range of industrial materials, including carbon and mild steel, alloy and case-hardening steel, tool and die steel, plates, structural sections, tubes, stainless steel, non-ferrous metals, and engineering plastics. To support precise production requirements, Apeksha Alloys INN LLP offers in-house value-added services such as cut-to-size processing using bandsaw, gas, laser, and profile cutting. Every batch is backed by Ultrasonic Testing (UT) for internal defect verification and Mill Test Certificates (MTC), ensuring certified quality and reliable delivery for customers. Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Pune City. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales of steel and industrial materials, managing existing customer accounts, and developing new business opportunities with manufacturers, tool rooms, and machine shops. Daily activities include identifying prospects, conducting customer visits, preparing and negotiating quotes, and coordinating with the operations team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. The role involves tracking sales performance, maintaining CRM or sales records,



and providing regular reports to leadership. The Sales Manager will also represent the company at industry events when required and help refine sales strategies aligned with market trends and customer needs. Qualifications
• Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, relationship management, and negotiation.
• Knowledge of steel products, industrial materials, and metal processing services, or willingness to learn quickly.
• Ability to manage key accounts, handle inquiries and rate quotes, and deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office) and familiarity with CRM or sales tracking tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally with industrial clients.
• Proven ability to work independently on-site, prioritize tasks, and meet sales targets within defined timelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience in steel or industrial trading is a strong advantage.
