Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Specialist role based in Gurugram. The Sales Specialist will engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their insurance needs, explain product features, and recommend suitable plans. Daily responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, following up on leads, converting inquiries into sales, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. The role also involves providing high-quality customer service, resolving queries, coordinating with internal teams for policy processing, and meeting individual and team sales targets.



Sales Specialists may participate in product and process training, share feedback to improve offerings, and contribute to a positive, performance-driven work environment. Qualifications
• Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with customers and internal teams.
• Customer Service and client relationship management skills to handle queries, build trust, and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Sales and persuasion skills with the ability to understand customer needs, present solutions, and close deals effectively.
• Training and Sales Management exposure, such as mentoring peers, supporting team performance, or participating actively in sales enablement activities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with strong attention to detail and basic computer/CRM proficiency.
• Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or telesales is an advantage.
