Responsibilities:
- Manual-to-Robotic Welding Conversion: Proven expertise in converting manual welding operations into robotic welding processes to improve productivity, weld quality, cycle time, and cost efficiency.
- Robotic Welding Process Management: Strong experience in robotic welding systems, robot programming, process optimization, welding parameters, and troubleshooting of robotic welding operations.
- Welding Fixture Development: Extensive experience in fixture design and development, jig concepts, clamping systems, poka-yoke implementation, and fixture validation for robotic welding applications.
- New Product Development & Industrialization: Expertise in feasibility studies, robotic welding cell development, process planning, line setup, commissioning, and current product launch.
- Team Leadership & Continuous Improvement: Ability to lead welding and automation teams, drive quality improvement initiatives, reduce rejection and rework, improve OEE, and achieve production and cost targets.
