Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This position is responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and promoting GRAVITY INSURANCE products and services to individual and corporate customers. Day-to-day tasks include identifying leads, conducting client meetings, presenting tailored insurance solutions, and closing sales in line with company targets. The role also involves supporting marketing campaigns, coordinating promotional activities, and providing training or guidance to clients and internal teams on product features.



The specialist will collaborate closely with sales management and customer service teams to ensure a high-quality experience throughout the sales cycle. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients effectively and address inquiries with clarity and professionalism.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to identify opportunities, drive revenue growth, and support the execution of sales strategies.
• Candidates should possess Training skills to explain insurance products, support client onboarding, and assist in developing sales and service capabilities within the team.
• Relevant experience in insurance, banking, or financial services is beneficial, along with familiarity with local market dynamics in Chennai.
• Demonstrated ability to work toward targets, solid negotiation and interpersonal skills, and proficiency with basic office and CRM software are preferred.
