We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager / Project Coordinator to support the UK Project Manager and Delivery Interface Managers across a major UK rail infrastructure programme, helping maintain progress, resolve blockers and prepare clear reporting. This offers a strong development route into project management and client-facing reporting, with occasional visits to the UK.

Responsible for coordinating progress across multiple delivery packages and discipline teams, maintaining progress trackers,



action logs, milestones and delivery forecasts. The role involves identifying and communicating project risks, dependencies and blockers, preparing progress reports, KPI dashboards and analytics, supporting project meetings and action tracking, and ensuring accurate timesheet and resource management data through regular monitoring and follow-up of inconsistencies.
