Job Description
We are hiring enthusiastic and goal-oriented fresh graduates or diploma holders (Mechanical Engineering) to join our team as Regional Sales Executive. This is a field-based sales role where you will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, and driving sales growth for our industrial products.

• Own Laptop (for reporting, CRM, and communication)
• Own Two-Wheeler / Vehicle (for field visits)
- Excellent Communication Skills (Gujarati, Hindi & English)

Key Responsibilities
• Generate recent business leads through cold calling,
networking, and field visits.
• Meet potential customers, present products, and understand their requirements.
• Follow up regularly with prospects and guide them through the sales process.
• Close deals by negotiating terms and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain updated records of all activities in CRM software.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Report directly to the Owner and collaborate with the sales team.
