Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gwalior for a Hiring HR Recruiter / BDE / Telecaller / Counselor. The role involves sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting end-to-end recruitment activities for fresher and experienced hiring. Team members will engage in business development outreach, follow up with leads, handle inbound and outbound calls, and maintain accurate records in internal systems. Daily tasks also include counseling candidates on career opportunities and training programs, explaining company services,



and building long-term qualified relationships with clients and talent. The position requires close collaboration with internal teams to meet hiring targets, support corporate training initiatives, and contribute to growth and engagement strategies. Qualifications
• Strong recruitment and talent acquisition skills, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and pipeline management.
• Effective communication and telecalling abilities, with experience in handling inbound and outbound calls, lead follow-up, and candidate counseling.
• Business development and client relationship skills, including lead generation, account management, and basic understanding of corporate training and staffing services.
• Proficiency with common office and productivity tools (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets, email, CRM or ATS software) and comfort working with online platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and listening skills, with a customer-focused and professional approach.
• Ability to work on-site in Gwalior, manage multiple tasks, and meet targets within deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Human Resources, Business, or related fields preferred) and prior experience in HR, recruitment, sales, or counseling is an advantage.
• Familiarity with IT, training, or software development domains is beneficial, along with a willingness to learn about emerging technologies and industry trends.
