The Content Writer will create clear, engaging, and accurate content for the company’s website, marketing materials, property listings, and client communication. Daily responsibilities include researching real estate topics, writing and editing articles, blogs, and promotional copy, and ensuring all content aligns with the company’s brand voice and strategic messaging.



The role involves collaborating with sales and marketing teams to develop content that supports campaigns, enhances client education, and strengthens the firm’s online presence. The Content Writer will also review existing content for consistency, proofread materials for quality, and contribute ideas to improve content effectiveness and client engagement. Qualifications
• Solid Web Content Writing and Writing skills, with the ability to produce clear, engaging, and professional copy.
• Experience in Content Strategy and Research to plan, structure, and develop content that supports business objectives.
• Proficiency in Proofreading to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to grammar and style guidelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams and manage multiple projects with deadlines.
• Familiarity with real estate or financial services content is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
