Role Description This remote internship role in Intellectual Property Law and Contracts supports GrowVista’s legal and strategic initiatives related to hospitality services and solutions. The intern will assist with reviewing and drafting contracts, researching legal issues, and supporting the development and protection of intellectual property assets. Day-to-day tasks may include supporting patent preparation work under supervision, organizing legal documentation, and conducting analytical reviews of agreements and policies.



The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams to help ensure compliance and alignment between legal frameworks and business objectives. This is an internship position designed to provide hands-on experience in a professional, remote environment. Qualifications
• Robust foundation in Law, with an interest or focus in Intellectual Property and Patent Law.
• Ability to perform Patent Preparation tasks, including basic drafting support and documentation under supervision.
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills for reviewing contracts, policies, and legal documents.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Law or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in en_US.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage tasks independently in a remote setting.
• High ethical standards, professional integrity, and respect for confidentiality.
• Interest in the hospitality industry and willingness to learn about business and commercial aspects of hotel and resort operations.
