Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Recruiter based in Gwalior. The HR Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews. The role involves coordinating with hiring managers to understand role requirements, scheduling interviews, and supporting selection decisions. The HR Recruiter will maintain candidate databases, track recruitment metrics, and ensure a positive candidate experience.



Additional responsibilities include supporting employer branding initiatives, collaborating on fresher hiring and bulk recruitment drives, and assisting with HR documentation and onboarding activities. Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in HR recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition, especially in IT or corporate roles, is an advantage.
• Familiarity with HR policies, basic labor regulations, and onboarding processes will be beneficial.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams is expected.
