Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and follow-ups.
• Handle offer letters, appointment letters, onboarding documents, and employee records.
• Coordinate employee induction, orientation, and joining formalities.
• Manage attendance, leave records, and basic HR administration.
• Communicate with candidates, employees, and department leads professionally.
• Support employee engagement, performance reviews, and internal communication.
• Maintain HR databases, trackers, and recruitment reports.




• Ensure HR documentation and processes are handled confidentially and consistently. Required

Skills:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, recruitment, or HR operations.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of recruitment processes and onboarding procedures.
• Familiarity with MS Excel / Google Sheets and HR documentation.
• Robust organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.
