Role Description The Assistant Professor role is a full-time, on-site position based at Jairams Arts & Science College in Karur. The selected candidate will teach undergraduate courses in their discipline, prepare lesson plans and instructional materials, and assess student performance through assignments, exams, and projects. Daily responsibilities include guiding students academically, maintaining classroom engagement, and providing timely feedback and academic counseling. Qualifications
• Relevant postgraduate degree (e.g., Master’s or Ph.
D.) in the applicable discipline from a recognized university, with strong subject knowledge.
