Senior Accountant / Chartered Accountant – Consultant Company: MS Clinical Research Pvt. Ltd. (MSCR) Engagement Type: Independent Consultant / Part-Time / As-Needed

About the Role
MS Clinical Research (MSCR) is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant or Chartered Accountant to provide financial and accounting services on a consultancy basis. The consultant will support the company with accounting, financial reporting, taxation, reconciliations, and audit-related activities as required. This is not a full-time employment position; the engagement will be based on agreed deliverables and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
• Review and oversee accounting records, ledgers, and financial transactions.
• Prepare and review financial statements, periodic financial reports, and MIS.
• Provide support and guidance on GST, TDS, income tax, and applicable statutory filings.
• Review bank reconciliations, vendor accounts, customer accounts, and outstanding balances.
• Support budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and financial planning.
• Review invoices, expenses, payment schedules, and accounting documentation.
• Coordinate with external auditors,



tax consultants, and other financial stakeholders.
• Assist with year-end closing, audit preparation, and financial reconciliations.
• Advise management on accounting practices, tax matters, and financial controls.
• Ensure timely completion of agreed deliverables and maintain confidentiality of financial information. Qualifications and Experience
• Chartered Accountant (CA) or a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• Relevant experience in accounting, taxation, and financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of Indian accounting practices, GST, TDS, and income tax.
• Experience with Tally, Zoho Books, or other accounting software.
• Valuable analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Engagement Terms

• The consultant may be engaged periodically or as required, based on MSCR's business needs.
• The consultant will be responsible for completing agreed deliverables within the specified timelines.
