Role Description The French Trainer will deliver live online French lessons to individuals and small groups, following The French Co.’s curriculum while adapting content to learner level and goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning lesson materials, teaching grammar and vocabulary, guiding pronunciation and conversation practice, and preparing learners for exams such as DELF/DALF, TEF, and TCF. The trainer will monitor learner progress, provide feedback on assignments, and adjust teaching strategies to support different learning styles. Additional tasks include maintaining accurate records of sessions,



collaborating with the institute on course improvements, and communicating professionally with learners and guardians where applicable. This is a part-time, remote role, offering flexible scheduling within agreed teaching hours and requiring reliable internet connectivity. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong French language proficiency (advanced or native-level) and solid knowledge of French grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
• Candidates should possess skills in online teaching, lesson planning, and classroom management in a virtual environment.
• Candidates should possess abilities in exam preparation and coaching for DELF/DALF, TEF, TCF, or similar French language certifications.
• Candidates should possess communication and interpersonal skills, including clear instruction, active listening, and supportive learner engagement.
