Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sr. Fashion Consultant at our Designer Luxury MBO in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Sr. Fashion Consultant will guide clients in making informed fashion choices, provide outstanding customer service, and enhance overall shopping experiences. The role includes product knowledge sharing, personalized consultations, and collaboration with team members to drive sales and meet business goals. Qualifications
• Strong understanding of Product Knowledge and Fashion Consulting to assist clients with informed styling decisions and promote curated luxury collections.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to deliver exceptional client experiences and build lasting customer relationships.
• Proven Sales expertise with the ability to meet targets and contribute to team success in a high-end retail setting.
• Passion for luxury fashion, attention to detail, and a commitment to staying updated with industry trends.
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Retail, or a related field (preferred).
• Prior experience in luxury retail or fashion consulting is highly advantageous.
