Role Description The Finance Account Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for managing and overseeing day-to-day financial and accounting activities. This role includes preparing and reviewing financial statements, maintaining general ledgers, handling accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring accurate payroll administration. The specialist will monitor financial transactions, assist with budgeting and forecasting, and support internal financial audits to maintain compliance with organizational policies. The role also involves collaborating with clinical and administrative teams to provide financial insights, maintain cost control,



and support timely reporting for management decision-making. Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Finance and Accounting, with the ability to manage daily financial operations and comply with relevant standards.
• Demonstrated experience preparing and analyzing Financial Statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
• Effective Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and support budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.
• Hands-on experience in Payroll Administration, including salary processing, statutory deductions, and record maintenance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, CPA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
• Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel, along with strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, maintain confidentiality, and manage deadlines in a clinical environment.
