Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and skilled Senior Nurse or Senior Cosmetology Technician to support clinical procedures in cosmetology, cosmetic gynaecology, and minor surgeries. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in cosmetic treatments, patient management, clinical assistance, and procedural care. The candidate will be responsible for conducting non-invasive procedures as instructed by the doctor, assisting with advanced clinical procedures, supervising junior staff, and ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and patient safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
1. Clinical Procedures
• Perform non-invasive cosmetology procedures, including chemical peels and laser treatments, as per the doctor's instructions and applicable clinical protocols.
• Assist doctors during minimally invasive and invasive procedures, including injectables, PRP/GFC treatments, minor excisions, and vaginal procedures.
• Ensure treatment rooms are prepared and all required equipment and consumables are available before procedures.
• Verify patient history, consent forms, and procedure details before treatment.
• Maintain sterile conditions and follow established standard operating procedures (SOPs). 2. Post-Procedure Care
• Explain post-treatment care instructions to patients and ensure they understand the recommended precautions.
• Coordinate the dispensing of medicines and products and explain their usage as instructed.
• Ensure proper documentation of pre
- and post-procedure photographs, follow-ups, and consumables used.




• Maintain accurate records of clinical procedures and consumable usage.
• Recommend relevant products to patients in accordance with clinical guidance. 3. Team Leadership and Supervision
• Supervise junior nurses and housekeeping staff to ensure smooth clinical operations.
• Train new nursing staff on clinical SOPs, sterile techniques, patient interaction, and procedural protocols.
• Guide junior staff in patient preparation and completion of pre-procedure checklists.
• Support operation theatre sterilisation activities when required. 4. Patient Care and Communication
• Build trust and maintain professional relationships with patients.
• Ensure patient comfort, privacy, and emotional support, particularly during cosmetic and intimate procedures.
• Address patient concerns and escalate dissatisfaction or post-procedure complications to the appropriate medical personnel.
• Communicate treatment instructions clearly and professionally. 5. Quality Control and Documentation
• Ensure patient consent forms, treatment records, and clinical photographs are properly maintained and uploaded.
• Monitor compliance with clinical protocols, hygiene standards, and established SOPs.
• Report deviations from procedures, unusual outcomes, and patient safety concerns to the doctor or administration.




• Ensure appropriate management and tracking of clinical consumables. Requirements Required Qualifications and Experience
• Qualification in Nursing or Cosmetology Technology.
• A degree in Nursing or Biological Sciences is desirable.
• Hands-on experience in cosmetology procedures, including chemical peels, laser treatments, and minor electrocautery procedures under doctor supervision.
• Experience in patient preparation, clinical assistance, and post-procedure care.
• Experience working in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare setting is preferred.
• Previous experience in a government or charitable hospital with extensive clinical exposure and patient management would be an advantage.
• Experience supervising or mentoring junior staff is preferred. Required Skills
