About The Role
We are seeking a Demand & Material Planning Specialist to support demand planning, material planning, and inventory management activities. This role is responsible for forecasting analysis, material availability planning, inventory optimization, and cross-functional coordination to ensure product availability, supply continuity, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
• Support demand forecasting and material planning activities to align with business and production requirements.
• Analyze demand trends, sales forecasts, and historical data to improve forecast accuracy.
• Perform material availability simulations and identify potential shortages and supply risks.
• Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Sales, and Logistics teams to ensure material readiness and supply continuity.
• Monitor Finished Goods (FG) inventory levels and recommend actions to optimize inventory performance.
• Track forecast accuracy and planning KPIs, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare planning reports, inventory analyses, and management presentations.
• Support supply-demand balancing activities to achieve customer service and inventory targets.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to planning, inventory management, and supply chain performance. Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.




• Minimum 5 years of experience in Demand Planning, Material Planning, Supply Chain, or Inventory Management within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in forecast analysis, inventory control, and material planning.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; SAP/ERP experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in HVAC, appliance, electronics, or manufacturing industries.
• Knowledge of forecasting methodologies, MRP, and inventory optimization techniques.
• Experience working with SAP or advanced planning systems.
• Familiarity with supply-demand balancing and S&OP; processes.
