About The Role
We are seeking a Design Engineer to support the design and development of air conditioner outdoor units. This role is responsible for structural design, product validation, BOM creation, and engineering analysis to ensure products meet customer requirements, quality standards, and manufacturing objectives.

Key Responsibilities
• Design structural components and assemblies for air conditioner outdoor units using 3D CAD software.
• Create and maintain 2D drawings, 3D models, and engineering documentation.
• Prepare and manage Bill of Materials (BOM) for production and product development activities.
• Conduct product testing, analysis, and validation to verify structural performance and reliability.
• Evaluate design issues and implement engineering solutions to improve product quality and performance.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, and R&D; teams to support product development and issue resolution.
• Support prototype builds, product testing, and engineering change activities.
• Ensure designs comply with customer requirements, company standards, and applicable regulations. Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to create 2D and 3D drawings using SolidWorks.




• Knowledge of air conditioning systems, including refrigerant cycles, piping, and related components.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Valuable command of English, both written and spoken. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in HVAC, air conditioning, or home appliance product design.
• Knowledge of sheet metal, structural design, or manufacturing processes.
• Experience with product testing, validation, and engineering analysis.
• Familiarity with BOM management and engineering documentation.
