We are looking for a fresher Project Coordinator who is organized, proactive, and confident in handling day-to-day project coordination activities. You will support internal teams and ensure smooth project execution through proper follow-ups, task tracking, and communication.
Key Requirements
- Fresher / 0-6 months experience (Internship is a plus)
- Basic understanding of Shopify projects and technical workflows (preferred)
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to track tasks, timelines, and follow-ups
- Willingness to learn and work closely with development teams
- Responsible and proactive attitude
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate between internal teams (Shopify/Development/QA) and management
- Track project tasks, timelines,
and daily progress
- Prepare daily/weekly updates and documentation
- Ensure timely follow-ups and clear communication
- Support project planning and assist in issue resolution
- Maintain project updates in PMS / task management tools
