Savir Power & Automation Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Zonal General Manager Marketing to lead zonal sales and marketing operations for CCTV cameras, video surveillance systems, Optics sights and related security solutions. The candidate will be responsible for developing business opportunities, expanding market presence, managing sales teams and channel partners, and achieving revenue and profitability targets across the assigned zone.

Strategy & Brand Positioning: Create and execute comprehensive B2B and B2C marketing strategies for CCTV hardware, NVR/DVR systems, IP cameras, and AI-driven video analytics platforms

Demand Generation & Campaigns: Drive lead-generation pipelines through digital marketing, channel partner programs, trade shows, and corporate outreach

Channel & Ecosystem Marketing: Partner with system integrators, distributors, dealers, and builders to co-market security solutions

Market & Competitor Intelligence: Analyze market trends, technology shifts (such as cloud surveillance and AI integration), and competitor positioning





Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align marketing output with product management, technical/engineering teams, and enterprise sales targets

Budget & ROI Management: Oversee marketing budgets, track campaign metrics, and evaluate return on investment (ROI) across regional and national campaigns.

Preferred candidate profile

Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Electronics Engineering, or Information Technology; an MBA is often preferred

Experience: Typically 5 to 10+ years of progressive marketing or business development experience within the electronic security, surveillance, or B2B technology/IT hardware industry

Technical Knowledge: Strong familiarity with IP/analog CCTV systems, Video Management Systems (VMS), access control, networking, and AI analytics

Soft Skills: Leadership, strategic thinking, robust cross-cultural/cross-functional communication, and negotiation capabilities
