ole Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to manage end-to-end warehouse operations, inventory control, and timely distribution of materials across our caf network.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily warehouse operations, receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Maintain accurate inventory, stock reconciliation, and FIFO/FEFO practices.
- Ensure timely and accurate supply of coffee, bakery ingredients, packaging, and consumables to cafs.
- Control stock variance, wastage, expiry, and operational costs.
- Maintain warehouse hygiene, safety, documentation, and SOP compliance.
- Manage warehouse manpower and prepare regular inventory and dispatch MIS reports.

Requirements:

- 58 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in QSR, Caf, F&B;, FMCG, or Retail.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, stock reconciliation, and warehouse operations.
- Positive Excel/Google Sheets skills; ERP/WMS knowledge preferred.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and coordination skills.
