About us
We're a growing retail and e-commerce group running multiple brands across hardware, tools, and beauty/barber. We're moving our websites onto Shopify, rolling out a new brand identity, and building out our marketing and automation stack. You'll be the person who keeps our sites quick, live, and converting.

Key responsibilities

- Migrate multiple websites to Shopify with no downtime, and keep legacy sites running until cutover
- Customize and maintain Shopify themes with a mobile-first design (the majority of our customers shop on mobile)
- Clean up and reorganize large product catalogs: categories, collections, tags, and metadata
- Set up payments, email capture pop-ups, discount flows, and conversion tools
- Implement and maintain tracking: Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, and retargeting setup
- Integrate AI chatbots and messaging tools (website chat, WhatsApp, Meta)




- Roll out new brand assets across sites and support brand consistency
- Design and build marketing emails and automations (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or Shopify Email)
- Monitor uptime, speed, security, and app/plugin health across all platforms
- Build and update landing pages for promotions and campaigns
- Work with the e-commerce lead and the design/content team to ship site changes quickly

Required skills

- 3-5 years of experience building and managing e-commerce websites
- Strong Shopify skills (themes, apps, collections, checkout, product management)
- Hands-on experience with WordPress/WooCommerce, including migration to Shopify
- HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript; Shopify Liquid preferred
- Responsive, mobile-first design and UX fundamentals
- Experience with analytics and tracking (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, tag management)
- Website performance and basic SEO knowledge
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Ability to work independently and across time zones

Good to have

- Experience with other builders (Wix, Squarespace, Webflow)
- Email design and automation (Klaviyo, Mailchimp)
- Figma, Photoshop, or Canva
- Chatbot or AI tool integration
- Spanish
