Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Product Design Engineer to drive product development and innovation. The candidate will be responsible for developing new products, improving existing designs, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive new product development and design improvement initiatives.
- Identify market trends and customer requirements to develop innovative products.
- Create and modify product designs using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
- Collaborate with R&D;, manufacturing, marketing, and suppliers throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Ensure product designs meet quality, cost, performance, and manufacturing requirements.
- Evaluate material selection, manufacturing processes,



and product feasibility.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and risks to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth project execution.
- Support prototyping, testing, validation, and continuous product improvement.

Required Skills

- Solid working knowledge of AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
- Good understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and product design principles.
- Experience in new product development and design engineering.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
