Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role :
Provide front-line support to warehouse staff, troubleshoot functional and system issues, and assist with data setup for testing and production.
Analyze and demonstrate problem-solving skills to handle complex technical issues.
Lead support case engagement with Manhattan support.
Solid written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
