Job Summary-

We are looking for a Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Support Engineer with robust hands-on experience in supporting and troubleshooting e-commerce applications. The candidate will be responsible for production support, incident resolution, monitoring, debugging, and maintaining Salesforce Commerce Cloud applications.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Provide L2/L3 production support for Salesforce Commerce Cloud applications.
- Troubleshoot application, integration, performance, and production issues.
- Analyze logs and identify root causes for SFCC application failures.
- Handle incidents, service requests, problem tickets, and defect resolution.
- Support SFCC storefront functionality, including catalog, products, pricing, promotions, checkout, orders, and customer-related flows.
- Troubleshoot integrations between SFCC and payment, order-management, inventory, CRM, and other third-party systems.
- Work with JavaScript, APIs,



REST/SOAP services, JSON, HTML and CSS for debugging and minor fixes.
- Support deployments, releases, hot fixes, and post-production validation.
- Perform root-cause analysis and document recurring production issues.
- Coordinate with development, QA, infrastructure, and business teams for issue resolution.
- Monitor application health and help improve platform stability and performance.
