Job Title : International Voice Process

Experience :

Minimum 6 months to 3yrs in BPO Voice / Semi voice

Responsibilities

- Help customers with Ring devices and accounts.

- Listen carefully and solve technical problems.

- Guide customers to set up and use their devices.

- Troubleshoot issues like Wi-Fi connection and device setup.

- Record customer issues and the solutions provided.

- Work with other teams when an issue needs further support.

- Suggest improvements based on customer feedback.

- Provide friendly, professional, and patient service.

Skills Required :

- Good communication and listening skills.

- Basic knowledge of Wi-Fi and internet connections.





- Interest in technology and smart home devices.

- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

- Patience while helping customers.

- Basic typing skills (30+ words per minute).

- Ability to learn current tools and systems quickly.

- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Qualification :

- Minimum 12th Qualification

Shift : US Shift

Salary : 2.5 lpa to 4 lpa depending up on the last drawn
