POSITION: Product Specialist
DEPARTMENT: Aesthetics
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: Graduate with a Science background; Post-Graduation in Management (MBA) preferred
Location: Chennai & Delhi
EXPERIENCE: : Fresher
Scientific & Product Mastery deep understanding of the regenerative portfolio, GFA-MOA and competitive landscape
Executive Presence & Personal Brand qualified appearance, excellent communication, body language, grooming and commanding presence
Stakeholder Management ability to build trust with medical professionals through CMEs, influencer networks and shared clinical success
Influencing & IMPACT Selling ability to persuade through trust, data, evidence, objection handling and relationship development
Business Acumen & Execution Discipline ability to inspire, own outcomes and take initiative without waiting to be directed
JOB OBJECTIVE :
To drive engagement with medical professionals and key stakeholders in the aesthetics space, building trust and brand equity through scientific credibility, relationship management and consultative selling in order to grow Wockhardt Aesthetics business in the assigned territory.
