- Provide expert guidance on Microsoft Dynamics implementation, API integrations, and data analysis.
Job Requirements :
- 2-7 years of experience in a similar role within the industrial equipment/machinery industry.
- Solid understanding of CRM management principles, including Zoho CRM platform.
- Proven track record in developing effective change management plans to drive organizational transformation.
