- Assist in the production process and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Learn and operate machinery, tools, and equipment as per company guidelines.
- Monitor and maintain quality standards by inspecting products for defects and deviations.
- Work closely with senior engineers and supervisors to improve manufacturing efficiency.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety within the workplace, following safety guidelines.
- Participate in on-the-job training programs to develop technical and soft skills.
- Support the maintenance team in troubleshooting basic equipment issues.
- Maintain records and documentation as required by the department.
